CONSCIOUS SCHOOL (Part 1) “The art of remembering what the soul already knows”.

THE FREEDOM TO EXPLORE OUR INNER SELVES WITH SUPPORT FROM THE OUTSIDE.

Recovering the possibility of being conscious gives us the opportunity to access the source of wisdom that goes beyond any accumulated knowledge.

The Conscious School® is a multi-disciplinary and integrated training that comes as a consequence of hearing the silent call from the therapeutic and spiritual community, that is related to the need to integrate knowledge and transcend it, to create an attitude that is independent and detached from existing schools. It is a school made noteworthy by our own ideologies and methodologies, from which we have developed our techniques, investigated them from a point of consciousness and integrated them into this new and exclusive approach.

The possibility of exploring cosmic or universal “consciousness” with the freedom of our own consciousness as each individual human being.

“Being conscious” means being aware of our own existence and of the environment that surrounds us. But the depth of this level of awareness varies notably person to person; from people who are not conscious of anything (totally asleep), to those who are aware of their own consciousness (totally awake) – who are able to be conscious of anything they wish. Being conscious of consciousness is what illuminated masters have called SUPRA-CONSCIOUSNESS: the highest state of illumination in the realisation of consciousness.

But in this school, we do not aspire only to go through this process as far as we can, we also want to work truly and deeply, with honesty and from an elevated level of consciousness. The two main points that are connected to humanity and our dormant potential, related to consciousness are:

1 – AWAKENING OF CONSCIOUSNESS

2 – LIVING IN CONSCIOUSNESS

In the first instance, we are interested in awakening, because there are millions of people who are working on their personal development from a pseudo-consciousness without having reached awakening. This situation creates all sorts of self-delusion that make individuals evade their reality, disconnected from life and their responsibilities.

It seems like a lie or a contradiction but it is what we have seen and proven; the consciousness is reduced to a virtual emulation of what really is, working in the most limited and precarious way possible, as an intellectual development, even though those who experience it are sure that it is a all real. The degree of self-delusion, in relation to the levels of consciousness that we are in and are living in, varies greatly.

In the Conscious School, we lay bare the situation of the state of the human consciousness. Causing perplexity, confronting the lie, and uncovering the incoherence with which people are living. The goal is arriving at an objective observation point, to make a readjustment to the idea that we have of the place or the level that we are at.

Next, it is important that we develop consciousness in our daily life, to the point where it can be lived as a natural state. There are millions of people who “use” consciousness as if it were a tool, separated from their own essence, disassociated from their Being. For example: people use techniques to meditate but they don’t live the mediation. It is possible to use consciousness without living it.

The most subtle power, and that with greatest impact, in the life of a human being is in the consciousness of our own presence, in what we feel in each moment, in what we experience from a place of  ‘dis-identification’.  We aim to conquer this personal power, which can be extended to a group level – transforming itself into a collective consciousness capable of changing many of the situations that make us suffer as human beings.

METHODOLOGY AND RESOURCES OF THE SCHOOL:

We will join together and add depth to many different schools of thought, philosophy, psychology and mysticism, along with methodologies and techniques, western and Eastern healing therapies orientated towards spirituality.

Although we know and have proven that there are ways to awaken and expand consciousness with the help of entheogens (such as Ayahuasca, among others), in this school we will not use any type of substance that modifies that state of consciousness that each student arrives in. Most students have had experiences with multiple entheogens over many years, and so the topics that are covered will often be related to expanded, amplified or liberated states of consciousness, and, of course, we will deep dive into the main meal of what we have to offer: Inner Evolution, Conscious Integration, No-Therapy and the Game of Comprehension. Concepts and methodologies that I have created over many years. These concepts are intimately related to one another and represent the launching platform towards conquering consciousness; healing wounds, overcoming limitations, opening up new internal spaces, setting aside the lie, recognising personal truth and freeing our hidden potential from comprehension.

Each of us has a little HQ of universal consciousness but it is asleep; in many cases it is in the process of falling even more deeply asleep, in other cases it is moving towards a lighter sleep state. Additionally, there are more and more people in cyclic processes of sleeping and awakening, what is called “bi-polar consciousness”; in a few cases a permanent state of awakening has been reached. Awakening is not something that we aspire to, but it is produced in a spontaneous and natural way.

To some extent or another, we all hold the possibility of living in a more conscious way. It is the authentic potential that resides like a seed within each of us. Awakening might be a difficult process at the beginning because we need to have the courage to question ourselves about the state that we believe we are in; without such questioning it is impossible to begin the process of awakening consciousness. The sleeping state creates a dream of being awake that makes us believe things that aren’t true. But this process is not the teacher who dictates the classes and directs the group, this process is only responsible for creating situations so that individual consciousness can start waking up little by little from the long dream in which it finds itself. Consciousness awakens when it begins to realise that it is asleep.

Anyone who has had a lucid or waking dream will now have the possibility of making that dream a reality.

You may need to tickle or shake people, or give them a few strikes of consciousness, but this is something that life itself is doing to all human beings in different ways; unfortunately, sometimes we are not even able to see the signs or clues that circumstances are giving us to initiate the return to our origin.

For this reason, I decided to create an appropriate format to develop this idea. This format is the Conscious School® – much more than a methodology or a group of techniques or tools, it is a focus, a way of approaching reality.
