ONLY TWO MOVEMENTS THAT LEAD TO TRANSFORMATION: FROM AND TOWARDS THE INSIDE
When something so simple yet powerful is guided by this idea-concept, you are accompanied by all of existence; led towards human unity, and at the same time, towards cosmic connection.
It is true that we manage a very complex work philosophy. It had to be that way because of the fact that we are pointing towards inner evolution. To evolve is to increase in complexity. Therefore whoever evolves is prepared, internally, to take on whatever comes to them, and to face external changes from an opening to transformation from the inside and outside. To realise all the internal changes that allow them to interact in the face of what is required, to attune to complications, to level up to opportunities, to be compatible with external challenges without losing life or integrity.
This proposal is based on two internal movements: one is inward, and the other is outward. The common point of both steps is the internal. People are outside. We have lost the centre because we have been taken out of our Being and we have been placed at the expense of others. This explains that all the things that harm us and complicate life come from outside, therefore we also – wrongly – look for the solutions outside. So, the first movement is inward. Hence our slogan: THE ONLY WAY OUT IS INWARDS. It is a movement that can take a long time to do, or you can do it in an instant, because it is a quantum leap towards one’s consciousness, opening the heart from the essence, rooted in the point that unites us with the cosmos.
The second movement is outward, coming out from within while remaining inside, reaching inside of others from within. If we have really conquered our essence we can share it with everyone without distracting ourselves or forgetting ourselves. Not proposing ourselves as something external to them but rather by offering a source of inspiration and encouragement for others to dare to enter within themselves. We know that the ultimate goal of these movements is for each individual to be within themself; because it is the place from which you can evolve and acquire great power to manage yourself in life and the situations that are presented to us. Inside is the forgotten place, the lost space, the point where dormant potential lives. It is the essence to be recovered.
In both movements, consciousness must guide the steps, because the interferences of the ego that wants to be dominated by others and to dominate others can appear. The ego turns us into guides or followers, two faces of the same disease. Many people conquest their inner core to become masters of others. That is not INNER MASTERY. Our purpose is far from wanting to become gurus of others, but rather to become a source of inspiration for others based on our own inner experience of having conquered power for ourselves, beyond the dominant ego that wants to use power for others.
If we address others from the need to be guides, we will activate followers who are disconnected from their essence. If we reach others from the impulse to look for something, we will activate characters that want to escape from the internal due to cowardice.

To be able to witness the therapeutic and spiritual group work that takes place in these retreats is a source of teachings to comprehend the situation in which many people find themselves, either because they are trapped in limitations or because they can not develop their potential. On the other hand it is very interesting and illustrative to appreciate the method that INNER MASTERY has created to approach the human problem from the perspective of expanded states of consciousness. Although this method is taught in the Conscious School and the European School of Ayahuasca training cycles, this offers you the opportunity to attend specific workshops.
Teachers: Alberto Varela and Oscar Gómez, with decades of international experience in hundreds of retreats and with thousands of people, both trained as professionals and self-taught, gathering mobilising elements to activate participants’ processes of evolution.
